You already know you need to write this book. You’ve felt the heaviness of your story sitting on your chest for some time now, and you’re tired of carrying it silently.
You know you have a voice that’s not to be silenced. And you know you have a story that can help others. But every time you think about writing a book about your story, those unhelpful thoughts pop up:
"I’m not a writer."
"I don’t even know where to start."
"I’m not sure I’m ready to go back there."
"My story isn’t finished yet — maybe I should wait."
"I can’t afford to publish a book."
And look, every single one of those thoughts is valid. Our brains are designed to keep up safe, so it’ll do its very best to prevent you from stepping out into the unknown. But what if it’s misinformed? What if writing a book is the next step that you need to take in order to find healing? To find your voice? To let go? And to even find purpose?
I lived in silence for over ten years, paralysed by own fears of what others would think and say when they heard my story. But after I broke my silence and found out that my dad was abused too, I had to get my story out. I had to make the generational silence end with me. And so I wrote and published my story in 2021. I had never written before, but my gut felt like it was the right thing to do.

Most of these guys weren’t writers prior to joining. And nearly all them had those same thoughts and fears you have now. And it paralysed them for decades. But once they pushed through those fears and starting writing their books, everything started to change for them:

The life of freedom and purpose you want to live exists on the other side of a published book. It's a physical representation of what you’ve overcome, and it serves as a survival guide for others who need it most.
